Services
Here are just a bunch of options.
Clinical skincare and Ayurvedic wellness under one roof. Some services are through Neroli Salon & Spa, some are booked directly with me. I'll make it clear which is which.
Skincare & Aesthetics
Your skin, understood.
Facials, hydrafacials, waxing, and skin consultations. I work with Ultraceuticals and Aveda — products built on real research and Ayurvedic principles. Not because of a brand deal. Because they work.
Every session starts with listening. What is your skin doing right now? What changed? What season are we in, and how is that showing up? I use dosha awareness to guide product selection so you get what your skin actually needs — not a one-size formula.
Whether it's a deep-cleaning facial, a hydrafacial for congestion, or a consultation to figure out why your routine stopped working — this is where we start.
Nutrition & Food
Eat with the seasons.
Ayurveda has been saying what modern science is catching up to: what you eat shows up on your skin. The gut-skin connection is real, and seasonal eating is one of the simplest ways to support it.
I don't hand you a meal plan or tell you to cut out entire food groups. I share Ayurvedic nutrition principles — the six tastes, seasonal food choices, and why your cravings might be telling you something useful — and let you decide what fits.
This is food as information, not food as punishment.
Lifestyle Wellness
Small shifts, real results.
Dinacharya — Ayurvedic daily rhythm — isn't about waking up at 5am to do 14 things before breakfast. It's about finding a rhythm that works for your actual life and sticking with it long enough to notice something change.
I help people build sustainable habits: morning practices you won't dread, evening routines that actually help you wind down, and a general sense of "oh, this is manageable." Simple practices, grounded in tradition, adapted for people with jobs and kids and real schedules.
Body Treatments
Your body keeps the score.
Stretches, exercises, and bodywork that support what your skin and nutrition are already doing. Abhyanga (warm oil self-massage) is one of the oldest self-care practices in the world — and one of the most effective for dry skin, tension, and stress.
Body treatments aren't separate from skincare or wellness. They're part of the same system. When your body moves and breathes better, everything else follows.
